Species: Lakoi
Planet of origin: First encountered on Frella in the Shanian Empire.

It’s unknown why Null-13 was given the designation of ‘Null’ and sentenced to exile from Lak, but he has shown a certain willingness to practice experimental medicine without a license. Nice guy, though.
