Planet of origin: First encountered on Frella (in the Shanian Empire)

Rio was once in an explosion that destroyed most of one half of her body. She received life-saving care from Kila and her accomplices, and is accordingly grateful. Most of the time, though, she’s not very reliable. But she is friendly!
